Summer 2023: Understanding fruit and vegetable intake among toddlers and caregivers of low socioeconomic status

Special Opportunities:
Students will have an opportunity to learn qualitative research skills such as coding interviews, explore the field of behavioral nutrition including healthy eating among children.
Team Needs:
I am willing to train them on any skill I need them to have. But exposure to qualitative coding and literature review will be excellent.
Description:
This projects seeks to understand why there is low fruit and vegetable (FV) intake among transitioning toddlers and how to increase FV consumption among this population.
