Certification as an Aggie Research Scholar, potential for research presentation at SRW and/or LAUNCH Undergraduate Research Expo 202; motivated students may also have the opportunity to determine their own path of analysis using the data, depending on interest (for example, an analysis focusing on gendered differences in team leader challenges)
Team Needs:
Any student interested in exploring the novel and innovative contributions of the ARP team leader community is welcome to apply for this team. Strong reading and writing skills are critical. Software access provided through TAMU student computing virtual OAL.
Description:
Team leaders in the Aggie Research Program complete best practice reports that document their experiences, challenges, and strategies for successfully running undergraduate research teams. This research team will analyze 4+ years of best practice reports and explore the themes and patterns that they represent. The team will employ qualitative research techniques, namely document analysis and thematic coding, using the qualitative analysis software Atlas.ti
