Description:
The researcher’s main objectives are a) observe and analyze the social circumstances that high-skilled Mexican migrants experience once in the United States; b) investigate how they experience the processes of migration, adjustment, and eventual settling in the United States takes place; and c) analyze the coping strategies utilized by this migrant population to challenge racial and work discrimination.
