Description:

Partnering with the First Year Eats program, our research aims to explore the role of nutrition and horticulture education in the development of awareness regarding community food security and residential food gardening. Upper-level undergraduate students from the Nutrition and Horticulture departments have the opportunity to participate in conducting this research by contributing field notes while also gaining hands-on program development and teaching experience through the delivery and observation of horticulture and nutrition education events. |
