The team is seeking motivated undergraduate research assistants who are reliable, able to work independently and in collaboration, and interested in learning more about college access for first-generation students of color. Research assistants need to be able to commit to training sessions, where they are taught software and given their expectations for duties. Work can be done online or in College Station. |

The purpose of this study is to explore the experiences of first-generation women of color in federally funded TRIO programs across the nation. Therefore, this research is guided by the following overarching question: What are the experiences of first-generation women of color in federally-funded TRIO Programs? To do this study, a systematic literature review will be conducted.
