Special Opportunities:

The focus will be for you to learn about precision agriculture through hands-on experiences. We will travel to the TAMU Research Farm (15 min from campus), where you’ll get firsthand exposure to precision ag technologies and real-world agricultural practices. This includes experience in drone-based data collection and spray applications, tractor driving, weed management, and field research trial design and setup. You will also learn various software applications for processing drone imagery and extracting meaningful insights from the data. There will also be a greenhouse component where you will grow and manage multiple plants for different research objectives.

Opportunity for co-authorship on a publication will be considered.

We are looking for team members who are reliable and have flexible availability.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong willingness to learn.
Must be comfortable spending extended periods of time outdoors.
