Team Needs:
Desired candidates are expected to have experience with (or are willing to learn) the following:
  • skills of handling DICOM images by e.g., InVesalius, OsiriX.
  • knowledge of manipulating STL files by e.g., Meshmixer.
Description:
The goal of this project is to 3D print human anatomies from medical images. The procedures include segmentation of medical images, processing STL files, and 3D printing.
