Study #1: Nature Contact Effects on Office Workers’ Well-Being: A Scoping Review on Nature-Based Interventions for Office Workers
Study #1 Objective: Investigate the effects of nature contact (nature interventions) on office workers’ well-being by conducting a scoping review of relevant literature. Study #2: Focus Group Discussion on What Could be the Best Nature Contact (Real Nature and VR Nature) Intervention for Office Workers’ (In-Person Office Workers, Remote Office Workers, and Hybrid Office Workers) Well-Being (Stress and Walking): a Feasibility Study Study #2 Objective: Office workers (in-person office workers, remote office workers, and hybrid office workers) participate in a focus group discussion to explore the perceptions of implementing nature contact (real nature and VR nature) interventions to improve office workers’ well-being. Study #3: A Pilot Study Using the Scenario(s) of Nature Contact (Real Nature) Office Workers (In-Person Office Workers, Remote Office Workers, and Hybrid Office Workers) are Likely to Adhere to for Improving Their Well-Being (Stress and Walking) Study #3 Objective: Examining the scenario(s) identified in the focus group study through a pilot study assessing various office workers’ (in-person office workers, remote office workers, and hybrid office workers) adherence to nature contact (real nature) interventions to improve their well-being (objective measurements of walking and subjective measurements of stress and walking). |
