Description:
|
A pandemic is not a novel catastrophe; the earliest pandemics date back to 400 B.C. Protocols and policies have gradually developed to better handle the disease-spreading events and prevent the same errors from repeating. Through qualitative analysis of existing public documents, my team will answer if and how policies and media affect the outcome of pandemics, and what differences can be perceived when studying the 1918 pandemic in comparison to COVID-19. |
