Description:
This project is a case study that will use narrative inquiry techniques to uncover the story of a white woman’s journey to success in urban education. The goal of the project is to give voice to the hardships white women face when trying to work in these environments in order to shed light on teacher trauma and culture shock among the dominant culture in unfamiliar spaces.
