  • Familiarity with the following programs: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Powerpoint
  • Ideal: GIS mapping, STATA
Description:
This project will look at climate data to analyze weather trends and compare to incidence in zoonotic diseases. Prior to analysis, a literature review will be conducted to determine gaps in research. Following the review, disease surveillance data will be extracted from different public resources. Climate data and incidence of diseases will be pulled and compiled into a database to compare patterns.
