IRB submission (this will probably be done before January). Making a survey, designing interview questions for participants based on research, lit review, coding
Description:
This project will aim to understand how academic identity is formed among black men with PhDs. It will use an initial survey for recruitment and then multiple interviews with several participants to understand the nuance of identity formation.
