Please expect training in lab… no previous bench skills are required. The selected student(s) will build their own schedule. To fill this position, you will need to commit 4 consecutive hours per week. Reliable transportation to the Texas A&M Medical Research Education Building is required. The lab is looking for students excited to learn and able to complete benchwork. |

Nadia Samiya is a second year Toxicology doctoral student at the Texas A&M College of Medicine. Her project aims to identify long non-coding RNA markers of prenatal alcohol exposure, particularly PROX1 antisense. The selected student(s) will be trained to conduct qPCR and isolate cDNA/RNA.This project is funded by the lab of Dr. Rajesh Miranda. |
