Team Needs: | Willing to work with rats. Must be able to come to lab multiple times a week (minimum 3x) and possibly working long hours. Willing to work weekends (if needed). Dedication and attention to detail. Organized and can follow a protocol. |
Project Description: | Multiple studies have connected the gastrointestinal system to Parkinson’s disease. In this study, I am particularly interested in understanding what the effects of having GI dysfunction earlier in life, impacts the development of Parkinson’s disease. The use male, Sprague Dawley rats in these studies. |
