Description:
|
Hyperspectral cameras have the ability to overcome many of the challenges that are currently being faced by the computer vision community, such as object tracking and 3D mapping. Recent advances in hardware allow the camera to be used for real-time tasks. This project aims at developing novel algorithms for feature extraction through the development of feature detectors and feature descriptors. These algorithms will be used to perform 3D reconstructions of objects and stitch images together with increased accuracy and robustness. |
