Description:
Exercising regularly is a known way to maintain or improve your health. Many avid gym-goers also take initiative to educate themselves to maximize their results. The goal of this project is to use mixed method analysis including interviews with healthcare professionals along with open and closed-ended survey questions to explore the relationship between exercise frequency and seeking healthcare among gym-goers at Texas A&M University.
