Team members must read and think critically, work independently and collaboratively, take detailed notes, and be an exceptional listener for conducting semi-structured interviews. | Requirements: • Work 4-8 hours per week during Spring and Summer 2023 • Responsive to communication • Reliable computer access with ZOOM capabilities • Attend weekly meetings (Wednesdays 3pm – 4pm, tentative) via ZOOM. At least 1 meeting a month will be in person (Location TBD). Beneficial but not required: • Experience using MS Excel or Google Sheets • Plan quality assessment; however, students will be led and trained by the project leader

This project consists of examining the effects of organizational climate on the quality of hazard mitigation plans. Team members will utilize established plan assessment methodologies to code, or rate, hazard mitigation plans.leslielutz@tamu.edu). Organizational climate includes team leader communication, team member coordination, team member role clarity, among others. Team members will assist with the conduct and transcription of these interviews. Deductive coding will be utilized to analyze the interview transcripts.
