Description:

Colorectal cancer (CRC) is the second leading cause of cancer-related deaths in the United States. ERBB2 is an understudied transmembrane growth factor receptor that is commonly upregulated in breast cancer and its role in CRC remains largely unknown. In order to investigate the roll of erbB2 in CRC, we will perform various tests and experiments on 2 cell lines to examine differences in cell proliferation and tumor growth |
