Description:
|
The goal of this project is to develop a platform technology to incorporate clickable functional groups onto secreted cell products such as extracellular vesicles and extracellular matrix proteins from human mesenchymal stem cells (hMSCs). The clickable group allows for subsequent tethering onto target substrates via strain promoted azide-alkyne cycloaddition click reactions. These substrates include biopolymer scaffolds and therapeutic biomolecules. |
