Students will assist in both animal studies, cell culture, and molecular analyses of tissues from ongoing studies
Description:
This project will involve several aspects of ongoing studies examining the link between obesity, menopause, and breast cancer using rodent and in vitro models. We are particularly interested in how weight gain, changes in adiposity, and inflammation associated with menopause contribute to tumor growth, as well as how different treatments impact these interactions
