Attention to detail; strong reading comprehension and critical thinking skills; background in education, leadership, or mentoring (academic or personal) preferred but not required.
Description:
This team will perform content analysis and thematic coding of the best practice reports submitted to the Aggie Research Program by team leaders from 2016 to the present. Using the qualitative analysis software Atlas.ti, team members will read the reports, code the content for themes, patterns, and significant items, work with the team leader to refine the coding and iterative analysis, and contribute to a draft manuscript to present the findings at professional associations or submission to academic journals (dependent on findings).
