Description:
STUDY 1: Explore the relation between the built environment and employees Psychological responses (cognition and affect). We will test which nature attributes( Presence or Absence of water, dense plants and natural light) features help improve the employee wellbeing. We will also check the aesthetic ratings of these nature attributes.The results can help hotel owners and management groups invest in biophilic hotels if that means improved productivity from employees.

STUDY 2: The aim of the study is to interview hotel designers and manufacturers of hotels products. Find out how they view sustainability, how they get the buy in from their clients and what the way forward look like to achieving long-term Hotel Sustainability.
