Description:
|
This project aims to understand how math anxiety impairs learning and problem solving in elementary and middle school students. We collect information from participants regarding their math achievement, emotions and attitudes toward math learning, math learning behaviors in and out of classroom, as well as their physiological reactions during math problem solving. We use a variety of methods in this project, including survey, standardized achievement testing, psychophysiology methods(e.g., eye tracking and electrocardiogram), and cognitive tests. |
