Designed to expand research capacity by supporting professional development of emerging faculty leaders as they prepare their extramural grant proposals related to student success.

To join Program:
- Have an academic position that allows submission of a grant proposal as a Primary Investigator (PI)
- Plan to mentor a team of junior faculty that includes at least 3 or faculty with limited proposal development experience
- Submit the registration form
To earn Certification
- Interview and select your proposal development team members
- Conduct periodic meetings with your proposal development team
- Attend monthly Team Leader Meetings for at least one full grant cycle
- Complete short periodic progress reports
- Document the development of a Best Practice for proposal development leadership
