Special Opportunities:
Qualitative research and literature review training will be provided. Students also will gain knowledge and experience in the areas of mixed methods research, behavioral nutrition, and maternal and child nutrition
Team Needs:
Familiarity with qualitative research (e.g., coding, using qualitative software) and conducting a literature review is desired, but not required
Description:
This project seeks to characterize fruit and vegetable consumption among transitioning infants (12-24 months) and their caregivers from low-income households and understand strategies caregivers use to increase fruit and vegetable intake in their infants using a mixed methods approach
