Description:

This position will involve assisting graduate students in fecal fermentation experiments. Additionally, a human clinical trial involving a nutrition intervention of sumac tea and probiotic supplements will be starting up in the Spring. Assistance will be needed regarding clinical trial management and biospecimen processing. |
