Description | We will begin by researching the culture of both formal and informal mentoring in Southeast Asia, looking at places like Thailand and Singapore specifically. This will be in the context of these cultures within a global organization that is priority western in personnel and culture. The main goal is to see how these cultures can meld together in a mentoring sphere when the cultures do not agree on whether mentoring is good or bad for the organization or employees |
